Information.-
PCS
seeks to sensitise national and international
public opinion through articulating proposals
and campaigns with international co-operation
agencies and the international community
as a whole so as to support new policies
or change existing ones regarding the
rights and situations of the populations
with which it works.
Periodically,
and in response to specific requests,
PCS collects, develops
and summarises information of interests
to Northern agencies in their advocacy
and policy activities in support of Southern
counterparts. PCS also
documents and shares its programme experience,
and supports and collaborates with other
actors to publicise and deepen the international
analysis of new or critical issues on
which it has competence.
In
addition, the development of informational
activities also seeks to protect local
actors in the implementation of their
activities in distinct situations. |
